Ready Expert is an advanced knowledge management system that incorporates the ability to author or edit custom knowledge objects that can represent any business process or planning strategy. At the heart of the system is an enabling process through which clients can set knowledge or strategy objectives, identify the process necessary to achieve those objectives, and develop or deliver custom training packages to meet the their objectives.

In addition to documentation and CBT formats, Ready Expert can deliver Video, Audio, VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language), EPSS (Electronic Performance Support Systems) and other web-based online instruction, collaboration or consulting solutions.

Ready Expert is a server-based master enterprise system that is currently under development for several clients. CKS recognizes the need for security sensitivity that each client may have and will structure each system accordingly.
