With your content developed and organized with Ready Editor and your web-based testing developed with Ready Assessment, the next natural step is to extend the knowledge data base to Computer Based Training (CBT).

In this context, CBT refers to the entire family of electronic distance learning tools. The CBT may be delivered from a stand-alone CD-ROM, over a Local Area Network server, over the web or any combination of delivery modes that makes sense for the application. For example, the CBT content can be facilitated by an instructor or supervisor. The CBT may be a hybrid Web-ROM solution in which the interactions are on a CD and the current content or testing is on the web.

Ready CBT uses the knowledge data base created with the other Ready products to easily establish the delivery and environmental parameters for that specific application. The wizard prompts you for the enhancing elements that will make your CBT an engaging learning experience. Navigation can be easily set up as well as links to other files or web sites.

Interactions created with Ready Assessment can be selected for skills practice prior to taking the scored assessment. Custom Graphical User Interface (GUI) screens can be quickly inserted or you may choose from a menu of standard screens.

Once again, Ready CBT comes pre-populated with CBT elements to support commonly used desktop PC applications.
