The Web-based Ready Assessment database system produces customizable pre- and post-training assessments based on learning objectives.  Use this tool to establish baseline knowledge, skills gap, and the incremental knowledge gain once training has occurred. With the Ready Assessment system, the Subject Matter Expert or Instructor can author assessments on any subject matter.  For example:

  • Computer skills
  • Core business process skills
  • Social skills
  • Basic learning skills
  • Any topic where Certification is required

Ready Assessment is installed with pre-written tests that tie to the learning objectives taught with the Ready Editor desktop software application curriculum.  Its custom authoring features enable instructors to produce true/false, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, matching, and skills-based tests on any subject. Skills-based assessments are those that simulate the skill performed by the employee on his or her job.  Ready Assessment features a tracking system so each employee’s progress can be documented. 

Once an employee completes the on-line assessment, a personalized report will show the students areas of individual strength and weakness. In future versions, a personalized learning plan will be generated that can then be used to create a custom training manual in the Ready Editor. This training manual can be created based on individual, group, department, or organization-wide knowledge deficiencies. When the prescribed learning plan is successfully completed, a post-test course assessment can be taken and a certificate of completion issued to the employee.
